COPPELL, Texas — Four notes were found at a home where the mayor of an upscale Dallas suburb apparently shot her 19-year-old daughter to death before fatally shooting herself, police said Wednesday.

She lives in Dallas TX and her father and I are in Colorado. We got a disturbing phone call last night from my 15 year old step daughters aunt saying her living conditions were not good. There is drugs involved and other illegal activity. We called child protective service today and had the police do a welfare check, No one was home but they could tell the house was filthy, we will have to keep calling for a welfare check. He has joint custody, but has not had any contact for two months and almost a year before that. Her mom won’t let her call us. This child lived with us up until about 3 years ago because of the same situation. He mother was clean and sober for two years before we let her go back.
What do we need to do in order to get her back ASAP. This is my baby and we need to get her out of there. Asides from just taking her and possibly having her freak out how can we do this. Last time the school called us and set everything up all we had to do was be there, the cops escorted her to us after school with all transfer papers and 911 was alerted that it was not a kidnapping. I do not know the laws in TX so any help.

I was thinking of doing black, white, pink and silver decorations. I don’t really have a lot of money to spend but would like to make her feel very special. No luau because we did that for her 13th and no sock hop because we did that for her sister’s 13th in January. She has mentioned a murder mystery,or a masquerade. Any help would be great. The party will be in Febuary but I need to get started planning int now because of holiday and her sister’s birthday in January.

I need to find some party supplies of Wow Wow Wubzy by Friday, and cannot find any local supplies… If any one knows of a place here in Dallas, TX please HELP?
