How do I get out of my cousins 21st birthday party?
Ok here’s a little run down about me. I work full time. I take two 3 hour night classes/week. I have a 15 month old daughter. My fiance and I are planning a wedding for October. This cousin has been out to get me for as long as I can remember. Lied about numerous things over the past years to get me in trouble with my family and/or my boyfriend. She’s a little crazy. Anyway, after she accused me of cheating on my boyfriend TWICE with two diff. guys I told myself that was the last straw. She asked me to be a bridesmaid at her wedding and I was… even though I really regret not standing up to her and saying, “you live to screw me over, I don’t want to be in your wedding”. She made a huge deal out of her wedding (already had a kid with the guy and was only 19) and expected me to pay about 400 out of pocket for everything. (dress, bach party, blah blah) SO after all of that she wants to take a limo to a fancy bar in dallas and I do not want to go. Any suggestions on how I could get out of it? Also, my brother is in rehab 2 hours away and he’s a big part of my life. I feel bad using that as an excuse but a big part of me feels like I’m being too nice to her after all she’s done. :/
Ps. I’m a little reserved, not much of a bar type, and don’t like to spend money I don’t have. I don’t want to go for so many reasons.
Where should I go for my 21st birthday?
I live in Dallas, TX..But I want to travel somewhere(less than 10 hrs away) for my 21st bday. I want great night life and drinking! lol
Any Suggestions?
I know that I want to go to a night club 21+…maybe a couple..But I dont really want to stay in Dallas
What are some good places to have a 21st b-day party at in Dallas, Texas?
I am turning 21 soon and am in the process of planning where I want to go and what I want to do for my party. It’ll be a fairly small party, more than likely consisting of dinner and and then multiple games of pool and shuffleboard at Dave & Busters. What are some good, nice but not overly expensive, restaurants in the Dallas/Mesquite/Garland/Addision area? I should also mention that none of us drink. Thanks in advance!
