tell her. she will want to look nice for you and also she may be busy. even if you know where to suprise her i think you should still give her notice
If you guys are really good friends and talk all the time, and your sure she wants to see you surprise her. If you’re unsure about how much she may want to see you, tell her you are coming. Or talk to her friends and make sure they plan it so she isn’t busy.
